Greetings vendors. We have been working tirelessly to make this year's event as amazing as it can be for both vendors and spectators alike. Below you will find all the info you need for the weekend. Please contact us with any questions or clarification that is needed.

Gingerman Raceway is located in South Haven, MI at 61414 Co Rd 388. We have a dedicated gate for all Vendors and Vendor Guests. Vendors will be entering through the South Gate, which is the main gate into Gingerman. Set up time for vendors begins Thursday at 3pm. Gates open for Early Access Pass holders at 7pm.

You will need to show either a printed paper or digital version of your ticket to be scanned at the gate. If you need to retrieve or verify your ticket, contact seetickets at https://support.seetickets.us/hc/en-us You can also locate your tickets via the seeticket app on both iOS & android. Your single vendor ticket also includes all of your guest / crew passes. You can distribute that single ticket for everyone in your party and it will work to get them their wristband.

The main vendor area is located just north of the primary paddock in the wooded section below the concert field. Upon arrival you will see a pre-marked area for your booth and display vehicles. The area behind your booth is allocated camping space for you and your staff. Camping is included with your vendor spaces and with each of your included passes.

For some 10x20 spaces as well as those participating in the on-track activities, your booths may be located on the north end of the primary paddock. These spaces will allow for easy access on and off the track.

If you purchased power with your Vendor package your booth will be placed in Vendor village. Boxes may need to be shared depending on booth location. Paddock spaces do not have power access. If you are fielding a car in either drift or time attack and absolutely need access to power you will need to bring a generator for direct power access.

We are expecting over 7000 attendees throughout the weekend at #GRIDLIFE. Over 2000 of these attendees will be staying onsite in the campgrounds. The festival itself will remain open in some capacity 24 hours a day from Thursday at 7pm to Sunday at 7pm. It is expected that vendors will retain at minimum the hours of 10am - 6pm daily, however, actual  hours of operation are at the discretion of the vendor.

We will have on-site security along with on-duty sheriffs around the clock all weekend at the festival. However, plan to secure all items when you are not directly attending your booth. We will do all we can to keep a watchful eye on sensitive areas of the festival but ultimately Gridlife will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

If integrated activations are included with your package please email us with any information for PA call outs. PA scripts are due Wednesday June 7th.
