RETRIEVING YOUR TICKETS
For those with pre-purchased tickets, you will need to bring either a printed version of your ticket or a digital copy on your phone to gain entry. Your tickets were attached to the confirmation email you received at the time of purchase. If you are unable to find that email you can retrieve your tickets by logging into seetickets.us https://www.seetickets.us/ You can also retrieve your tickets via the seetickets app on iOS and Android. Each person in your party must have a GA ticket to enter the festival grounds and a camping pass to stay overnight.
ENTERING THE FESTIVAL
There are two gates to enter the Gingerman Raceway Facility. A Spectator Gate (West entrance), and a Driver / Vendor Gate (South Entrance on Phoenix Road). The Spectator Gate has a ticket booth for VIP ticket holders, but due to the narrow road leading to the Festival there is only a single lane fo traffic to reach the gates. We will be searching vehicles at random upon entry be prepared to open your trunk for a quick visual inspection.
The paddock will only be open for traffic to Drivers and Driver crews. No GA traffic will be allowed to enter the paddock without a paddock or showcase pass.
The majority of the grounds are turf and all vehicles will need to cross / park on grass when entering the event. Lowered vehicles should prepare ahead of time for uneven surfaces both in day parking and in the campgrounds. There will be staff tents and signage to direct you as you enter so keep an eye out and don't hesitate to ask a friendly staff member lots of questions.
Re-entry is available to all festival attendees, but GRIDLIFE STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT YOU ARRIVE TO YOUR CAMPSITE WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED to have a great weekend, 24 hrs a day, all weekend long. This year we’ve partnered with “Mr. B’s General Store”, so If you forgot it... they brought it!
If you leave the festival you will have to wait in the full line to re-enter. During peak hours 9am-12pm and 4pm -7pm daily exit privileges will be for emergencies only. Please plan to have everything you need when you arrive.
In order to stay overnight on the festival grounds at GRIDLIFE, you must have both a "3 Day” ticket and a "Camping Pass". Camping is per person and each individual must hold a pass. All camping, except for some RV camping and Glamping, is dry camping. There are no water or electric hookups available for camping. Generators are allowed, but please be conscious of your neighbors. Camping in the general campgrounds will be first-come-first-served. If you would like to camp with a group you must arrive together, there will be no reserving or holding spots. TrackSide and Front 40 camping will also be distributed based on arrival. Please plan to arrive with those you wish to camp with. For a more comprehensive guide to camping, click HERE.
For those with crew corrals: Early access is included in your ticket package. Early Access can get into the festival THURSDAY 5/30 - 5:00PM West Spectator Gate. Crew corrals are reserved spaces but are distributed on a first come first serve basis.
GRIDLIFE is a rain or shine event, meaning all activities will take place regardless of weather. For those camping please be prepared for hot days, cool nights and rain. There are very few shelter areas at the venue so check the weather ahead of time and please plan accordingly. There will be no refunds of any type in the event of cancellations due to severe weather. *In some cases of severe weather, the track may have to close for short periods of time for the safety of the workers and staff. STAY DRY, STAY HAPPY.

THINGS THAT WILL GET YOU KICKED OUT
We want you to have a good time and it's okay to get excited about #GRIDLIFE. But before you express that excitement, know what forms of expression can get you booted and banned. Burnouts, Revving, donuts in the grass, cooler smashing, neighbor harassing, S*it talking, fighting, thievery, excessive noise, banned substances, weapons, hot dog (or other) unapproved vending, late night 2 stepping, drinking while the track is hot, and excessive party fouls. Basically don't be a dummy.
