OFFICIAL BRAND GUIDE

The Gridlife Marks set forth below are owned solely by Gridlife. The use of all Gridlife Marks inures solely for the benefit of Gridlife, and Gridlife reserves all rights under trademark law, copyright law, common law or any other basis. During the time that any individual or racing team (hereinafter, a “Participant”) is engaged with Gridlife to participate in Gridlife races or other ancillary events (the “Events”), Participant shall have a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Gridlife Marks for limited purposes including: on liveries, racing equipment, team-used apparel (not for resale), and team websites and social media for the purpose of promoting participation in the Events (the “Permitted Uses”). Provided, however, that Gridlife shall have the right to approve, alter, reject or withdraw such Permitted Uses at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion for any or no reason, and any Permitted Uses shall conform to the Gridlife Brand Guidelines set forth below. Participants and any other third-parties are expressly prohibited from using the Gridlife Marks for any commercial purpose other than the Permitted Uses, including without limitation: the, distribution, marketing, promotion, or sale of merchandise to third-parties (other than to racing team members as outlined above), use of the Gridlife Marks in an electronic medium other than as set forth above, or the use of the Gridlife Marks in any manner that is not in furtherance of promotion of Gridlife Events. If Participant wishes to use the Gridlife Marks for any purpose other than the Permitted Uses, it shall notify Gridlife with respect to such proposed use, and such use shall not be approved unless agreed upon, in writing, between the parties, subject to terms and conditions at Gridlife’s sole and absolute discretion.

PRIMARY MARKS

The GRIDLIFE logo has two primary marks. One of these two marks should be the first choice when utilizing the GRIDLIFE brand. This is the main logo variant to be used for all primary branding. Use the horizontal mark in landscape content. Use the stacked variant in portrait content. Do not stretch, distort, discolor, or crop these marks. Reference the single color marks for designs where the mint and charcoal primary mark will not fit well. All type is font PROXIMA NOVA, in styles Light, Light Italic, Black, and Black Italic.

The series marks should be used when representing GRIDLIFE competition series. These include GRIDLIFE Touring Cup (GLTC), GRIDLIFE TrackBattle Time Attack, and GRIDLIFE Drift.

CLASS MARKS

Use these marks on any class-specific asset. Do not discolor, distort, stretch, or crop these marks.
