Track Limits: Vehicles must remain on the racing surface. The racing surface is defined as the asphalt area between the white lines. Lime Rock Park does not feature lots of paved runoff. The runoff and areas off track are encouraged to be used for accident avoidance, but may NOT be used to gain an advantage or make a pass. Cars that exceed track limits or end up in the grass must rejoin the racing circuit PARALLEL to the direction of travel of the course and must yield to cars on track.

Full Course Yellow Reminders: When double yellow flags are waved, begin to slow to 60-70% of race pace and follow the car in front, leaving a safe distance to react in front. The safety car will be deployed. SAFETY CAR LIGHTS ON = FOLLOW SAFETY CAR - this INCLUDES following the safety car when it enters pit lane. The ONLY time you will NOT follow the safety car is when the lights on top of the safety car are turned off. In this case, remain at safety car speed in line until the green flag is waved.

Safe Havens: If your vehicle has a major mechanical problem or is leaking fluid, look for safe havens - which are breaks in the armco or tire barriers. Pull to a safe haven to the INSIDE of a corner within view of a corner station, if possible.

Facility Entrance/Exit: Enter the racetrack from the western access road (White Hollow Road). Continue down the road to the end - TRUCKS MAY NOT USE THE BRIDGE TO ENTER THE RACETRACK - you may ONLY bring trucks and trailers across the track at the Turn 6 crossover. Enter Thursday night!

Important Driver Notes: ALL DRIVERS

Turn 5/Uphill Caution! - Cars exceeding 400 horsepower may get extremely light over the crest at turn 5. Ensure your steering wheel is straight and be especially cautious on cold tires or in damp conditions. High speeds over this crest can lead to loss of vehicle control.
