We invite all qualified press and creative professionals to apply for media credentials for the 2026 season.

Application Timeline

Review Process: Applications are typically reviewed on a rolling basis. Due to application volume, response timelines may vary by event.

Closing Date: The application window closes two (2) weeks prior to the event date. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Media Application Review and Approval Criteria

Media credentials are limited and issued at GRIDLIFE's discretion. Applications are reviewed based on event needs, safety considerations, and the applicant’s ability to provide meaningful and professional coverage.

Priority may be given to applicants who demonstrate:

• Prior approval for media credentials at professional motorsports series

• Experience working in hot track or restricted-access environments

• Assignment by a recognized media outlet, brand, driver, or team

• A clear and intentional coverage plan relevant to the GRIDLIFE event format

• A history of professional conduct and timely content delivery

Applicants shooting on assignment for a driver or team, and those with verified hot-track media experience, may be prioritized for trackside or advanced access.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Media Access Types

We offer three distinct media access levels to accommodate various coverage needs:

1. Track Access

• Access Includes: General Admission (GA) and designated on-track media areas.

• Eligibility: Media professionals hired by a publication, brand, driver, or team to produce photo/video content; automotive influencers; or media offering photo packages to drivers via a website.

Track access approval is subject to safety review and prior credentialed motorsports experience.

2. Music Access

• Access Includes: General Admission (GA) and the NOS Energy Stage photo pit, at the combined discretion of GRIDLIFE and the performing talent (available only at South Carolina Festival, Midwest Festival, Summer Apex Festival, and Laguna Festival).

• Eligibility: Media professionals hired by a music publication or outlet to produce photo/video content.

3. Press Access

• Access Includes: General Admission (GA) only; does not include access to on-track media areas or the NOS Energy Stage photo pit.

• Eligibility: Press members on assignment for a recognized media publication.

Important Notes

• Application Validity: Each application is valid for one (1) individual only. Media outlets must submit separate applications for each team member.

• Credential Limits: Media outlets are limited to a maximum of four (4) credentials per event.

• Non-Transferable Credentials: Approved credentials are non-transferable and may not be shared, reassigned, or loaned to another individual.

• Approval Not Guaranteed: Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Media credentials are limited and will be granted based on the quality and relevance of the applicant's work. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

• Media Representatives Only: Credentials are intended for media professionals actively covering the event. Personal assistants, associates, guests, or family members do not qualify for media credentials.

• Late Applications Will Not Be Accepted: All applications must be submitted by the posted deadline. Late submissions and last-minute credential inquiries will not be considered. No exceptions. Please plan accordingly and apply early to ensure access.

Drone Policy

Drones (UAS / UAVs) are strictly prohibited at all GRIDLIFE events. Unauthorized drone use, attempted operation, or possession may result in immediate credential revocation and removal from the premises.

Interview Requests

Requests to interview GRIDLIFE personnel must be submitted at least one (1) week prior to the event.
