GRIDLIFE welcomes all qualified press and creative mediums to apply for media credentials!
Applications will open up 2 months prior to the event. Approvals will be issued once a week leading up to the event and close one week prior to the event. Application dates are listed below along with the overview of all media pass types that will be available this year. Please make sure to read through all of the below information before filling out an application.
PLEASE NOTE: DRONES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AT ALL GRIDLIFE EVENTS.

Offers GA access into the event and to designated media areas on track.
This is for media that have been hired by a publication, brand or driver to shoot photo/video for. As well as for media that offer photo packages to drivers via a website.
Track Media Pass does not include camping or parking. This will need to be purchased separately.

Offers GA access into the event, but NO access to designated areas on track or the stage photo pit.
This is for press that are on assignment for a publication.
Press Pass does not include camping or parking. This will need to be purchased separately.

Offers GA access into the event and to the stage photo pit, at the combined discretion of GRIDLIFE and the talent (ONLY available at South Carolina Festival, Midwest Festival, Road America Festival and Laguna Festival).
This is for media that have been hired by a music publication to shoot photo/video.
Music Media Pass does not include camping or parking. This will need to be purchased separately.
Please remember this is only a request, and it may not be approved. Applications are valid for only one person. Each person from your media outlet MUST submit an application. Media outlets are limited to a total of four (4) credentials. Approvals are not transferable. Please understand media credentials are limited and not all applications will be approved.
CREDENTIALS ARE FOR MEDIA REPRESENTATIVES ONLY.
Personal assistants, associates, guests or other similar staff employed by media outlets do not qualify for media credentials. Guests or family members traveling or attending with media do not qualify for media credentials. If you are looking to arrange an interview with someone from the GRIDLIFE organization, please email your request at least one week prior to the event to keleen@grid.life.
