GRIDLIFE Partners with SPOCOM USA for GRIDLIFE Laguna Festival Concours.
CHICAGO, Illinois (September 18, 2023) – GRIDLIFE has partnered with the LA based automotive show producers, SPOCOM, to collaborate in the curation of the GRIDLIFE Concours at the first-ever GRIDLIFE Laguna Festival, set to take place at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca October 20-22, 2023. The Concours will be featured at the GRIDLIFE Showfield, located at the Lakebed at the GRIDLIFE Laguna Festival.
The partnership with SPOCOM represents a strategic collaboration between two event producers that are both committed to elevating the automotive event experience to the next generation of car enthusiasts. Together, SPOCOM and GRIDLIFE will curate the 100-vehicle concours celebrating 100 of the best examples of modern tuner era car culture.
As the main feature of the GRIDLIFE Showfield, the GRIDLIFE Concours is by invitation or application only. Interested parties can apply for their car to be featured in the show, and approved applicants receive a free VIP ticket for the weekend.
The GRIDLIFE Showfield also includes the Showcase Meet. The Showcase Meet welcomes all vehicles with no approvals needed. Just bring your ride and enjoy. Showcase Meet tickets includes entry to the GRIDLIFE Laguna Festival for the entire weekend, premium parking next to the center of the race circuit, and the opportunity to display a vehicle adjacent to the GRIDLIFE Concours. THE GRIDLIFE SHOWFIELD EXPERIENCE
The inaugural GRIDLIFE Laguna Festival is the finale of the GRIDLIFE season, and serves as the competition finals for GRIDLIFE motosport drivers. Motorsport entries sold out minutes after the event opened registration for GRIDLIFE Laguna Seca, with 100 cars set to race GRIDLIFE’s NOS Energy TrackBattle Time Attack and 50 more in the open wheel GRIDLIFE Touring Cup competition. Some 25 of the best drift drivers in the world are also invited to run fan favorite freestyle drift sessions all weekend long.
The GRIDLIFE Laguna Festival will include a concert Saturday night, with the line-up to be announced in mid-September, included in the GA ticket price.
