Site Ops - Staff

Reports to: Festival Manager
Rate Range: Experience Depending $375–$475 day
Dates: Individual Events or Full Season April - October (6 Events)
Duration: Approximately 6 days on site per event

Position Overview

We’re hiring a Site Ops team member to help build, maintain, and break down the physical event environment across GRIDLIFE weekends.

This is a hands-on role that supports the site team through event build, show days, and load-out, helping create a safe, organized, and engaging environment for:

  • Staff

  • Vendors

  • Partners

  • Competitors

  • Fans

This role typically focuses on a specialty area while also supporting the broader needs of site operations throughout the event.

What You’ll Own

  • Site build support

  • Event site plan execution

  • Signage and branding installation

  • Vendor and activation support

  • Decor and experiential installation

  • Operational area maintenance

  • Load-out and teardown support

Responsibilities

  • Assist with site build and infrastructure installation

  • Execute assigned elements of the event site plan

  • Install and maintain signage, branding, and wayfinding

  • Support vendor and activation setup

  • Assist with decor and experiential installations

  • Maintain operational areas during event days

  • Assist with load-out and teardown

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in event production, festivals, touring production, or similar environments

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work long event days

  • Comfortable with physical work and outdoor environments

  • Ability to problem-solve quickly on site

Compensation

  • $375–$475/day, depending on experience and event scope

  • Typical rate is approximately $425/day

  • GRIDLIFE Summer Apex — July 24–26 — Watkins Glen International, Watkins Glen, New York

  • GRIDLIFE Circuit Legends — August 21–23 — Lime Rock Park, Lakeville, Connecticut

  • GRIDLIFE Laguna — September 18–20 — WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, Salinas, California
