Site Director - 2026 Season
Reports to: Festival Manager
Rate Range: Experience Depending $500–$700 day
Dates: April - October (6 Events)
Duration: Approximately 6 days on site per event
GRIDLIFE is a motorsports events company, grassroots motorsports sanctioning body, and community builder creating experiences around racing, car culture & music.
We’re hiring a Site Director to lead the execution of the physical event site and manage the Site Ops team across build, show days, and load-out. This role is responsible for turning site plans into a safe, organized, fully functional event environment that supports staff, vendors, partners, competitors, and fans.

Responsibilities
Lead site setup, operation, and teardown
Manage Site Ops crew and daily field execution
Implement site maps and adjust for real-world venue conditions
Coordinate with department leads to support overall event operations
Solve site and logistics issues in real time
Keep assets, tools, and infrastructure organized and event-ready
What We’re Looking For
Experience in live events, festival ops, site operations, motorsports, touring, or venue operations
Strong crew leadership and field management skills
Ability to interpret and execute site plans
Strong communication and real-time problem-solving ability
Comfortable working long days in outdoor, fast-paced event environments
Heavy equipment operation forklift or similar site equipment experience and certification strongly preferred.
Compensation
$500–$700/day, depending on experience and individual event scope.
