Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Rate Range: Experience Depending $17-$18 Per Hour
Dates: April 16-19 Multiple and Single Day shifts available
Event: GRIDLIFE South Carolina, Kershaw SC
Duration: 1-4 Days On site.
Travel: Not Included

Position Overview
The Guest Services VIP Booth Associate is responsible for delivering a high-quality, welcoming experience for VIP attendees throughout the event weekend.
This role serves as an information hub, support system, and hospitality touchpoint for guests who expect an elevated level of service.
What You’ll Do
Provide accurate festival information, schedules, and directions
Maintain strong knowledge of event layout, map, and FAQs
Staff the VIP booth as a central guest support location
Check in and assist VIP guests upon arrival
Help prepare and distribute VIP swag bags
Manage and organize Lost & Found items
Support general guest needs and problem-solving

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, upbeat, and highly approachable personality
Ability to stay calm and helpful in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented (especially for inventory & Lost & Found)
Passion for events, motorsports, or customer experience is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Outdoor festival environment with high guest interaction
Long periods standing and engaging with attendees
Loud, high-energy, and sometimes high-pressure situations
Requires adaptability and a consistently positive attitude
