Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Rate Range: Experience Depending $17-$18 Per Hour
Dates: April 15-19 Multiple and Single Day shifts available
Event: GRIDLIFE South Carolina, Kershaw SC
Duration: 1-4 Days On site.

Position Overview
The Box Office Associate is the front line of the GRIDLIFE experience—often the very first interaction attendees, drivers, and guests have when they arrive on site.
This role is responsible for ticketing operations, credential distribution, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming entry experience into the festival.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where efficiency, accuracy, and a great attitude matter.
What You’ll Do
Sell event tickets and assist attendees with purchases on-site
Scan digital and physical tickets for entry
Issue and apply festival wristbands
Distribute credentials to drivers, guests, and staff
Operate ticketing and POS systems confidently and accurately
Answer basic event questions and direct attendees as needed
Help manage lines and maintain organized entry flow

Comfortable handling transactions and using POS systems
Ability to stay organized in a high-volume environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Fast-paced festival environment with high guest interaction
Long periods standing and working outdoors
Exposure to loud environments, weather, and large crowds
