2018 TrackBattle Round 4 Official Results

Round 4 is in the books, with 119 drivers setting times. This year, the weather at #Gridlife South was a far cry from what we've grown accustomed to. Moderate temperatures enabled drivers to put on their best display of driving in our history. 8 of our 12 records were broken during the weekend. With a 1:22.594, James Houghton was able to best Jeff Westphal's old record of 1:22.963. TrackModified saw RWD domination with Jeremy Swenson and his ZR1 on top with a 1:28.877, a remarkable feat on his first visit to Road Altanta. At the top of Street Modified, we saw familiar faces with Matt DeReus and Evolve Autosport taking the top spot with a 1:33.066. Not far behind, Sally McNulty set a personal best and new SM-AWD record with a 1:33.759. In the Street class, we saw drivers pull out all the stops and readily break deep into the 30s. Dewey DeWitt set a personal best with a 1:37.545 and Ron Spear put the world on notice with a 1:35.996.
