Following an intense weekend, the 5th annual #GRIDLIFE Trackbattle Championship is complete. Coming back to Gingerman Raceway each year, rain is typically in the forecast. 2018 was no different, with drivers battling intermittent weather throughout the weekend. Following a lengthy hiatus, Professional Awesome Racing returned with their stunning Evo to battle the rest of the field, and take a shot at Will Au-Yeung’s overall track record. Things didn’t quite come together, but everyone in attendance saw the potential still left in that car. In Track Mod, the battle between Michael Puglisi and Jeremy Swenson came down to the wire with Puglisi coming out victorious. Winners in Street Mod and Street were what we’ve come to expect with Evolve Autosport and Josh Orr leading their respective classes. Congratulations to all the competitors for a successful 2018, and we look forward to seeing what the builders can come up with for our 2019.
