Rate Range: Experience Depending $175–$250 day
Dates: Load in April 15-17 Load Out April 19-20
Duration: 1-3 Days On site.

Position Overview

We’re hiring Site Ops Local Crew members to provide temporary labor support during event load-in and load-out.This is a hands-on role that supports the site team through event build, show days, and load-out, helping create a safe, organized, and engaging environment for:

  • Staff

  • Vendors

  • Partners

  • Competitors

  • Fans

What You’ll Own

  • Physical event setup support

  • Load-in and load-out labor

  • Barricade and signage placement

  • Asset movement and staging

  • Vendor setup support

  • General site organization

Responsibilities

  • Assist with site setup, breakdown, and general labor needs

  • Place and remove barricades, fencing, cones, and other site control elements

  • Install, move, and strike signage and branded site materials

  • Move, stage, load, and unload equipment, materials, and operational assets

  • Support vendor and partner setup as assigned

  • Help keep work areas organized and site-ready during peak build activity

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods

  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow direction

  • Comfortable working outdoors in fast-paced event environments

  • Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

  • Able to adapt to changing priorities during build and teardown

  • Previous event setup, labor crew, or site ops experience preferred but not required

Compensation

  • $175–$250/day, depending on experience.
